How we look after your information.
The short version: we only ask for what we need to groom your dog and get back to you, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

What we collect and why
When you book a groom, buy from the shop, sign up to a class, or send us a message, we may collect your name, phone number, and details about your dog such as their name, breed, age, coat condition and any health or behaviour notes that help us groom them safely. We use this to book and carry out your appointment, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of what we did last time so we can do it again.
The enquiry form on this website does not store anything on our servers. It opens WhatsApp on your device with your message filled in, and the message is then sent by you through WhatsApp to the salon mobile. If you email us instead, your message sits in our Outlook mailbox, which is run by Microsoft.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. If you book a training course held at our unit, we pass your name and contact details to the trainer who runs it so that they can arrange your place. Otherwise your information stays with us.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking history for as long as you are a customer, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back, and as long as the law requires for our business records.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or message us on 07490 394399 and we will sort it out. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers your light or dark mode preference on your own device and nothing else.
Social media
Our Facebook and Instagram pages are run by Meta. Anything you post there, including reviews and comments, is covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
