If you fail to attend your appointment we will require full payment for the missed appointment.
Policies
The boring bit, kept short.
A few simple rules that keep the day running smoothly for every dog on the books. By booking in you are agreeing to these policies. Thank you for understanding.
Late cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours' notice must be given, or a fee of 50% of the groom price will be charged. We will require full payment for the groom if you cancel less than one hour before your appointment.
Fleas
If you know your dog has fleas, please do not bring them. If we find fleas on your dog, a starting price of £15 will be charged to de-flea your dog and de-flea the salon.
Late collection
If you are more than 15 minutes late collecting your dog we will charge £5 for every 15 minutes.
Dogs on leads in the waiting and shop area
We kindly ask that all dogs are kept on leads in the waiting area.
